CSV / Excel export — free, no ServiceCore approval and no contract. The fastest way to start: send us your export and we build the history.
Data Share (Snowflake) — read-only, refreshes about every 30 minutes. Best for always-current dashboards. Enabled by your ServiceCore CSM under ServiceCore's own terms.
API key — real-time reads plus optional write-back (for example, create a re-service job from a complaint). Enabled by your ServiceCore CSM.
What we never do
- Touch your QuickBooks if you bill through ServiceCore — ServiceCore keeps that connection
- Message your customers without your say-so
- Replace your routing or billing
FAQ
Do I need to pay ServiceCore for API access? Not for CSV exports — those are free. Per ServiceCore, Data Share and the API are enabled by your CSM and carry ServiceCore's own commitment and cost.
Is it real time? CSV is a snapshot, Data Share refreshes roughly every 30 minutes, and the API is real time. We'll recommend the right fit for how you work.
